Installation instructions
=========================

Installation from source code is straight forward:

::

   # Pre-3.12:
   python3 setup.py install
   # Post-3.12:
   pip3 install .


To install the released version of the package from PyPI, use ``pip``:

::

    pip3 install smbus3
